You can view your cart, during the first stage of checkout, look for a box that write "Coupon code" under your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘Apply coupon’, then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!

About order

Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”, Click "Check Out" in the pop up window. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method". Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately at info@iypet.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

If your order has not been received in the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help.

All tracking numbers will be emailed to you as soon as the tracking information becomes available, usually the next day.

Shipping And Return

Yes! We ship to most countries.

For domestic shipments, we offer Standard Ground (7-15 days) and Priority (3-7 days). For international shipments, please visit our shipping policy page for more info.

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we can only adjust it if your order is yet to be shipped.

However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed and shipped at noon local time.

If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address.

Yes, by default we offer a 60-days warranty on all our products. If for any reason your product stops functioning due to normal use, we will send you a replacement at no cost.
